Lab scale reactor

ViVent Bioprocesses is working with the Gates Lab to perform experiments and to test controls which will assist in developing an efficient microorganism/medium mix

Design & Fabrication

ViVent is simulating bioreactor dynamics with focus on impeller, heat transfer and sparger design to improve efficiency. The fabrication will be completed in partnership with customers and manufacturers targeting a variable design for multiple vent volumes 

Deployment

The tralier mounted and trolley mounted units will be designed and delivered in partnership with existing Oil & Gas equipment suppliers. ViVent will also offer methanol and biomass pickup services if on site use is not required
